Schezuan fried rice is one of the most popular dish when it comes to Indo-Chinese recipes. Indian loves spicy and this is the only dish which can give us (Indian’s) a kick. Originating from the Sichuan province of China, Schezuan cuisine is characterised by bold flavours, brought about by pungent ingredients like garlic and chillies.
