This milk shake has 3 main ingredients which helps to control blood sugar levels. Antioxidants from soya, fibre from apples and the bio-active compound from cinnamon helps to avoid a quick rise in blood sugar levels. Also, low fat milk gives you enough calcium and protein while avoiding unnecessary fat. We recommend this delicious fruity shake which can be prepared in a jiffy to everybody irrespective of sugar levels.
Yield: Serves 4
3 Apples, Chopped (सेब)
1 cup chilled Soya Milk (सोया मील्क)
2 cups chilled low fat milk (दूध)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder (दाल्चीनी पाव्डर)
Sugar Substitute (सुगर सब्स्टीटयुट)
2. Add the cinnamon powder, soya milk and milk and blend again.
3. Pour into individual glasses and top with ice cubes. Serve immediately.
